"This monument to man's lofty ideals was erected in 1931 at a cost of $40,948,000 and is located at 34th Street and Fifth Avenue. The observation towers on the 86th and 102nd floors afford a magnificent view of the entire city. The height of the Empire State Building is breathtaking, measuring 1472 ft. to the tip of the TV tower. Observatories are open every day from 9:30 A.M. to Midnight."
Once again, the tallest building in the city. No writing or mailing of this pristine card. Light upper edge wear is all that faults it.
