NIP TURBO WHEELS 42 PCS ROAD & SUV SET, WORKS WITH MINI CONSTRUCTION TRUCK SETS

This lot consists of a single, new-in-package 42-piece Turbo Wheels "Action" micro vehicle interlocking road set, with 40 track sections, one miniature SUV and one sign. One of four sets in this sub-series. Distributed by Greenbrier International, Inc. Manufactured in the 2020s. Same dimensions as Battat "Driven" Pocket series.

The hard plastic track sections (40 in all) range up to 2" (5.4 cm) in length. Sections are about 0.9" (2.3 cm) wide, which is only wide enough for one micro vehicle. The end-to-end length and width of a single set is limited by how complex the road you put together is. To make the manufacturer's recommended loop with fly-over, it is worthwhile buying multiple sets. Handled carefully, the road segments slip together and come apart with little effort, so you can change or expand the road layout as you wish. With more pieces, you can also build separate roadways that can be connected later.

The SUV is unpowered and has a plastic body equipped with wire axles and rubber tires. It is 1.6" (4.2 cm) long by 0.75" (1.25 cm) wide, and comes in one of the four colours in this sub-series. The sign is 1.25" (3.2 cm) tall, is made of plastic and has a painted road safety symbol.

Although no scale is identified, the assembled highway may suit miniature displays/wargaming set-ups of 1:285 or less. The SUV is suitable for N scale layouts. The sign is better suited to HO or S scale scenes. That said, this toy's many road design possibilities will provide lots of playtime fun.
