This ornament is titled "Putting On The Glitz" and shows Tweety all decked out in rhinestones and was issued in 2004 by Hallmark with the collaboration of Looney Tunes (WB) under the product code QXM5111.

This ornament is approximately 1 inch wide and in height.  This Tweety is made of metal and is decked out in lots of rhinestones covering her face.  Her red and white (porcelain) hat, has gold sparkles on the red section.

There is no damage to the ornament, the box is in relatively very good shape for its age.
