A three week wait and opening a PayPal dispute is what it took to finally receive my item. There are 100's of books about selling online ... this seller needs to read one of them. Dreadful service.

My goods were not in stock so I requested a refund. I have not received a refund or answer to my request Would like to add that since my original review on 8 Feb have now on 14 Feb received my refund, for which I am very grateful.
