Advertised a genuine Ipod touch, took a month to recieve it and then it turned out to be a fake item, now will not answer emails. I am contacting trading standards if I dont get a full refund.

seller could not gurantee when the item was coming, asked to clarify this or may ask for refund, got refund and messages after from seller that were not pleasant, would not buy from again
didnt just not recieve item... item was never posted... seller seems to have disappeared of the face of the earth...
