We love gardening and have a particular interest in 'cool-hardy' tropical plants and seeds, which will grow outside in our climate. We grow and sell a range of Palm, Banana and Cycad seeds/plants. We are new to 'ebid', but rest assured that we are experienced 'on-line' sellers, with very high standards of customer care. ♦ We obtain our seeds from a reputable wholesaler to ensure that they are fresh and viable. We germinate samples from each batch to check the quality, and because we enjoy growing the plants! We enclose propagation guidelines with each order. We cannot guarantee your personal success, as the growing conditions you provide are beyond our control. Please be aware that some seed varieties will germinate very quickly, however, others can take some time. ♦ We always combine shipping where we can, so for multiple purchases which are to be paid for in a single transaction, please wait for a revised invoice before paying. ♦ The delivery service is stated on each listing. Orders are processed within two working days, and you will be sent an e-mail confirming dispatch. If you do not receive your item within a reasonable time, please contact us. We will replace your item as soon as you provide us with any necessary information that Royal Mail require to support a claim. ♦ If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return it, in the original condition & in the same or similar packaging, for a refund within 7 working days of receipt. We will only refund the original postage fee, and the return postage cost if the item is faulty or incorrect.
