This person is a Thief!..Took money and fobbed me off with excuses.
Like so many I have paid for the Item (twice) & no goods recieved. I appeal to anyone DONT BID!! he will take your money in return for no goods!! I also appeal to Ebid to shut him down! IMEDIATELY!!!!!!!
I have paid for this auction, but item has not been sent and all emails have been ignored.

my advice is DO NOT buy from this ebidder, i e-mailed asking who to make po out to was answered immediately, sent po ,was cashed but no cd e-mailed daily and was ignored. 3weeks later cd arrived with a letter saying pc was down, cd wouldnt load so tried phoning (no answer) eventually got disc to download but only half games can be played. i will be reporting to ebid and advise anyone not to bid on this person as too many complaints about same thing over different time scale.

Contacted after auction and payment made. Since then, no goods received, e-mails being ignored... nothing!! It appears as though this seller cannot be trusted!! I will be taking this further, and a criminal offence has been committed here if no goods are received.
Lets hope the comment about the computer is true and that I recieve my item! Otherwise, Returned emails immediately about my payment, but once cheque cleared, never returned emails and not recieved goods. I bank through Barclays and have taken legal advice that covers me for free included with my account and will take things further. Internet fraud is taken very seriously by Barclays and that's why I paid by cheque so there is a record of where the payment went to. If I recieve the goods in the next few days, then I will take away this feedback and stop any further action.
