When will you post my Items? Monday to Friday they are posted the sameday if ordered before 12pm but please ask as we will try to be flexible to help You and send later in the day.

Can you discout postage if I order more than 1 item from you? Yes we will do the best to save You money on Postage.

When do you Replies to Question? We reply 7 days a Week and even late in the day if we see your question.

Are You Uk Based? Yes we are Based in South Lincolnshire.

Are all the Items in Stock when I order? Yes we are not dropshippers and carry all stock you will see on Ebid.

Can I return the Item if unhappy? Yes no problem in the rare case if posted back within 30 days

How can I pay you on Ebid? By Paypal no need to have an account with Paypal to pay via Debit or Credit Card when making one off payments.

Do you Send Items Outside the Uk - Internationally? Yes we can but please ask and we will give you a quote normally within 24 hours.

How do I get a Postage Discount when ordered more than 1 item see below? See Below

Purchase an item, then it says to pay right now,
If you  scroll down and there is a button to continue to shop.
You purchase another item, and it say to pay,
scroll down again and get the last item.
There should be a drop down menu to request a corrected invoice so then we can send you a discount postage cost.
