Poor transaction in general. Seller didn't fill out paperwork correctly resulting in slow delivery. Slow to communicate or no response at all. Neutral is generous. Negative would be more appropriate.
Finally received the 4 items mid-March 2012. Seller substituted colour. Wouldn't answer my message. Lots of slow communication. Recently asked her to close and relist her multi item RUS listings as I didn't want to leave FB. I'm tired of seeing these items in my FB log. She argues and refuses. This is my honest feedback. If she had closed I would have let this go in an effort to be kind to her.
Bought 4 items from seller. 2 on Dec 18 2011 and 2 on Jan 9 2012. Seller messed up paperwork. She re-sent all 4 items on Mar 3 2012. I received mid - March.
A quote from correspondence with seller. She says - "Sorry for the delay I rang Royal Mail Here and the reason for the return that they can see was the customs paper work was not complete. All i had to do was stick a label on to say what was in it but apparently it should be a printed sheet. I did not dpo this on your 1st order so i am really confused and you received that ok. Now i repackaged your order and resent it out with a sticker and not paperwork so aa you have not received it i can only assume its on its way back AGAIN . "
Item never received. Unhelpful seller. Got my own refund from paypal.
