Shipping Policy

The Consumer Outlet shipping methods and policy is as follows:

·       Items normally ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment and are subject to availability at time of order 

       processing.

·       In the event that shipping will be longer than 7 days, the buyer will be notified an given an estimated ship along with the

       option of a canceling the order and receiving a full refund.

·       Items can be shipped to United States, U.S. Military addresses, Canada only unless otherwise specified.

·       Items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes unless otherwise specified or seller is notified by buyer and agrees to do so.

·       Item cannot be picked up locally unless otherwise specified.

·       Items are brand new, in original packaging unless otherwise stated.

·       Item packaging may contain shelf-wear.

·       Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are calculated based on the type of shipping selected and the total shipping weight of the

       order. This fee is set by the carrier and is not marked up.

·       Carriers: FedEx, UPS and USPS

Warranty Policy 

The Consumer Outlet warranty policy is as follows:

·        Product warranty (when applicable) is provided by the Manufacturer.

·        All warranty claims should be directed to the Manufacturer unless otherwise specified.

·        All warranty claims are subjected to the Manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
