Hi, I have joined eBid after a number of successful years on Ebay. As I'm a relatively new seller here I can appreciate that some of you may have some concerns in regards to bidding on my items. Please feel free to check out my feedback rating on Ebay (100%1436) using my seller name which I use on both auction sites: Tabbingtom, *although nowadays, I mostly use Ebay to buy from ( reasons below). I am not a business seller, and as such, I cannot match some of the P&P charges they offer as they get discounts from Royal Mail, Courier Companies etc, for bulk sendings, but I never knowingly overcharge  and if you do overpay I will always refund any overpayment through PayPal without having to be asked by yourself, the buyer. I am also very happy to answer any questions you may have through 'ask seller a question' and it is my hope to do so promptly but as you can appreciate, I am not sitting at my computer 24/7. I check my emails before going to work and as soon as I come home again, but doing shift work timings may vary. I would also be very grateful if, when I leave you a message, that you also reply as soon as possible so that I know you are receiving the message, afterall, communication is a two way thing. 

*The main reasons that I decided to switch from Ebay was not only the increase in Final Value Fees, poor service from the Ebay Support Team,  but also because of my concerns regarding the unfair (in my view) changes to the Feedback System that Ebay have introduced. 

I have already noticed how much more friendly the Forums are here at eBid and also the very fast response times from the eBid Support Team.

I am looking forward to both selling and buying on Ebid and I also aim to provide the same high level of customer service and satisfaction as on my previous site.
