I started making bead necklaces after retiring a couple of years ago. I've always been a bit of a workaholic, and after enjoying being lazy for a few months, found myself looking for something to do and went back to a childhood pleasure of making jewellery. Happily I found I could also make a little money from my hobby and it grew into a business in April 2007. I have my own website and also a shop on another well known auction site. I'm a bead addict and am delighted that bead necklaces are no longer considered old fashioned and have become so popular again.
