Fast transaction,good item and seller.
1. Misleading information about delivery charges on the auction - the actual charge to my address was more than double that indicated. 2. Indicated despatch date 30.4.04; actual despatch date 5.5.04, the day after I'd enquired what was going on. 3. Unit dead on arrival, with rattling noise when moved. With an excited 11 year old daughter, I was not going to be intimidated by a "Warranty Void if Removed" sticker, and had a look inside. The CPU cooller had become detached (probably because it wasn't installed properly). Fortunately I had the knowledge and materials to hand to re-install it, and the machine then worked fine. (OK I could have sent it back, but it would still have been a huge disappointment that it did'nt work}. 4. Having said that, provided the machine continues to operate properly, it will represent reasonable value for money.
