Hello, My name is Matt and I am new to the eBid Community and excited to be here. I operate ecommerce web sites in several different genre's. I specialize in sports and software/computer accessories. I currently have marketplaces on several different platforms including ioffer.com, Overstock.com, Bonanza.com, Go Daddy and others. I deal in wholesale or liquidated items that provide great value to my customers. I also try to stay very responsive and provide a top level of customer support.
Shipping Policies
I ship using USPS unless otherwise noted. My order processing normally takes between 1 and 3 business days depending on the immediate availability of the item purchased. I will communicate longer processing and always upgrade shipping FREE of charge.
Return Policy (14 Days - No Questions asked)
I try to offer a customer centric return policy. Basically, if you do not want your item you do not have to keep it. You can return for any reason within 14 Days. You will receive a full refund. I ask that you please send the item back in the same condition you received it.
