About Us:
Pawtastic Pet Supplies was started back in 2008. We started out as a free home delivery service in Caroline County, VA and surrounding areas. Before we knew it, we were getting inquiries from all over the United States, so we added US shipping options. We have been steadily growing since. In May 2011 we relocated to Browns Summit, NC in an effort to offer even better customer service and faster shipping time frames for our customers. Our future plans are to develop a foster home haven for German Shepherds in need and to host dog events for everyone to enjoy!
If you’re looking for friendly customer service, try us out! We may not be the fastest shippers but you can rest assured that your items are checked, pre-squeaked if needed, and packed by us! Dog and cats are our forte, fish a little, and some knowledge on Small Pet and Reptiles (but we will take the time to find out for you!)
When will my order ship?
Orders ship every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (if a holiday, we ship on the next business day). Most orders ship from our North Carolina location.
Shipping Methods: Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii
All orders within the Continental United States are shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS). Our average order ships in approximately 2-3 days.
We guarantee a refund (less initial shipping charges) for all unused merchandise returned to us within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
Items returned that were sent under our free shipping promo will have our original shipping costs deducted from any refund issued.
Items must be received in the same condition we sent it, with original tags and/or packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if item is returned damaged or has been used, or chewed in any way.
