About Us:

Shoe store (est.2004) based in Penarth Wales. Ogam Igam is children’s shoe specialist providing Continental and UK brands. We have now widened our range and supply footwear for adults. All of our footwear is sourced directly from high quality brands. We also stock a range of high quality and colourful leather bags.

Dispatch:

Ogam Igam dispatches all goods via the Royal Mail "First Class Signed For" service (or "Airmail Signed For" for destinations outside the UK). Dispatch will normally be within the same day (Monday-Friday) for orders received by 3pm (UK local time). Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

If dispatch is expected to be delayed further than the above we will contact you to let you know. You should allow at least 2 working days for delivery within the UK, 5 days for deliveries to Europe and up to 10 days for outside Europe. Goods will need to be signed for on delivery.

In the event that goods have not arrived within 7 days (or 14 days international) please contact us and we will track the delivery and let you know the outcome and course of action. Goods that are finally determined as lost in transit will be refunded in full.

Returns Policy:

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the goods to us within 14 days of the date of receiving the goods for a refund. The goods must be in their original new condition and must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of a trial fit and not worn outdoors). The goods must be returned in the original undamaged manufacturers box / packaging with all original packaging and tags attached. Do not mark the box or apply tape directly to it. Returned goods should be wrapped with sufficient outer packaging so as to protect the original manufactures box. If you wish to exchange the goods without incurring a delay please place a new order on-line (together with a new payment) and return the originals for a refund of the original order - this way we will be able to despatch your replacement immediately. You will be remain responsible for the condition and security of the goods until they are received by us at our premises.
