I am a retired man living in Delaware, USA.  My hobby is turning wooden, pens, pencils, key chains and other small items. 

 I try to sell pens and pencils and sets to make enough money to buy the wood, kits and supplies to let me turn more (and I have only so many friends and relartives to give them too).  I also build cottage furniture and might occasionally have an item of that for sale.

I have been selling on line, first at auctions for about 4 years, now at eBay for the past 10 months.  I'm an eBay Power Seller with a positive rating of 270+ .  I had a rating of about 1000 when I stopped selling on .  My eBay id is smithlss --please feel free to check my feedback rating there.

I ship all items USPS the same or next business day depending on when payment reaches us.  For your and my protection I accept only PayPal for payment unless arangements are made before the close of the auction.  My trademark is quick shipping and on my pens unconditional, no questions asked return policy with full refund of all monies paid including return shipping.  I like to think I'm fair and easy to deal with.

Our return policy is simple...every item (unless clearly stated otherwise in the listing) may be returned for a full refund including postage and handling and we absorb the return postage as well for pens pencils or sets.  We do not refund return postage on kits (we assume buyers of kits know what they're buying) unless we send the wrong kits.  Refund issued via the same method payment is made.

I try to leave feedback as soon as I get paid, I don't hold good feedback for you hostage to you giving me good (or even giving me any) feedback. 

Occasionally one of our kits comes through with a missing part or a mechanism that fails.  I replace all of those items at my expense regardless of the price you paid.  I like to stand behind what I sell.
