Hi, I'm Lippyloo from Lancashire - a mum of three and grandmother to two super grandsons. Apart from family my other loves are needlework, (knitting, sewing and crochet) and an unhealthy passion for family history.

 My photo shows my reborn baby doll in a hand crocheted outfit I made for her last year.

 Auctions.  I try to describe my items as accurately & honestly as possible, because I know how difficult it is to judge an item from a photo only. And I like my customers to be happy with their purchases.

 Payment.  For UK customers, I accept personal cheque - postal order or paypal. Please be aware that cqs can take 5-7 working days to clear. Sorry, but the only method of payment I can accept from overseas customers is paypal. 

Postage & Packing.  My preference is to keep postage to a minimum and am happy to combine postage for multiple purchases. I charge a minimum for packaging. I will post out asap following payment/cq clearance. I try to post quickly. I use Royal Mail and always obtain a proof of posting.  Up to now, my experience with Royal Mail has been reasonably positive - only 2 blips.

 Problems.  In the event of any problems please do email me because there is always a solution.

Feedback.  Feedback is an important close to an auction, and I will leave feedback once it has been received. Mostly that is the only way sellers know that an item has been received and our customer is happy with the item and service.
