Please note that I do not bank cheques every day but do try to post daily

Please be aware that I do not deal as a trader and all items are from my whole family

I offer no warranties on items unless I have misrepresented them in my advert

I do not do refunds because you changed your mind, the item does not fit or it is not what you thought

Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like PRIOR to bidding to ensure the item is what you want. I always respond - usually within a few hours of being asked a question

PAYMENT

I accept payment in the UK by cash ( registered post), postal order (uncrossed for speed of sending item - if it is crossed I have to bank it just like a cheque), Cheque & PayPal

Overseas payments MUST be cash in UK Currency (again sent registered post) or PayPal in UK currency - any foriegn cheques will be returned and item relisted

POSTAGE

Charges are based on Royal Mail Web site and automatically include insurance up to £32.00 against damage or loss. Additional insurance is always available at extra charge

For larger items I use my preferred Courier Service which is DHL

Buyers are quite welcome to collect any item but must contact me to arrange time etc

Please note that my postage charge is not just the price of a stamp but includes packing costs
(see below) and any listing fees applicable

CLAIMS

I will pursue on your behalf with the Post Office / Courier
but please understand that a refund cannot be made until I have been refunded by the Royal Mail Service
