Hi, thanks for taking the time to read all about me. Here is some information that hopefully will assure you of my integrity.
I have been a buyer on another site for about 7 years and got a fairly good idea of what I expected from the seller.
When I started selling a couple of years ago I used these expectations and gave what I considered to be a good, informative service. This has served me well and I use them to this day. Below is a list of the service you will receive.
1) I like to give clear and accurate descriptions, with plenty of photos.
2) Once an item has been bought and payment has cleared I will email you to inform you of dispatch.
3) I don't inflate postal charges, items are usually listed at cost price.
4) I combine postage on all purchases, it is easier if you can wait for an amended invoice but if you are unable to wait I will refund your discount via PayPal.
5) If for any reason you are not satisfied then please just email me, many problems can be sorted and I want you to enjoy your item not regret buying it!
6) If you have any questions about any item before or after buying please email me and I will do my upmost to help. Your satisfaction really is important to me.
7) Feedback is optional but very much appreciated. If you feel that I could improve in any area then please let me know personally, I am always willing to listen and improve.
