Initially posted good rating as she was helpful when buying but I have been waiting 7 weeks for a refund on a faulty bag and Giobags will not reply to any of the emails I have sent her. It is now january 10th and still no refund

i have emaied seller repeatedly for a return she claims this is authentic and yet the metal on the inside is warping in just over a month, seller lies about authenticity. Would a real louis vuitton warp? I guess i lost money, sucks for me.
