This person is a fraud, takes money and don't send any item. Legal action is being taken against him
Gave me a refund when goods not as expected also good comms
This man is a con man. He sent me a dell CD with no COA, only after nagging for weeks. I called the police and took legal advice. He then issued a refund but only when I was on the verge of taking him to the courts. I advise all others who have been ripped off by this man to take it to the next level.

Complete deception. After several unanswered emails and a 15 day wait, a disc finaly arrived. Not as described, not genuine, I am taking legal advise before commenting further.
Took 15 days to get to me, and then only after 2 unanswered E mails and finally a recorded delivery letter with a threat of legal action. It arrived poorly packed and with no note of explanation. It may have just been gross inefficiency, it was certainly discourteous and it has not given me confidence for a future buy. It's only beacuse Christmas is coming that I haven't posted this as a negative.
