UK Standard Delivery Just 95p per parcel.

For UK orders over £36 items are sent for by signed for delivery at no extra charge to you.

Proof of Postage is always obtained.

UK orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days of cleared payment. (Normally sooner)
 

*Occasionally some items do not qualify for the flat rate postage offer due to the items weight or size

Returns

If you are not happy with your item or your item is faulty

In line with Selling Regulations a full refund will be given provided that the goods are returned (at the buyers cost) in perfect saleable condition (including any special packaging) within 7, days of receipt.

Please contact the  Dizzy Bees 7 The Bead Fairy Sales team within 7, days of receipt, to arrange to return item, a refund or a substitute item.

You will receive a refund or a substitute item once your item has been returned.

Postage and packing charges are only refunded if goods are faulty or damaged.

No refunds are given for items used for piercing unless the goods are found to be faulty or damaged.

Please note the following important information in relation to purchases of beads resembling sweets, cakes, fruit or other foodstuff. The aforementioned products are sold to you, the customer, on the terms and conditions that they will be made into items of jewellery.

It is your responsibility that jewellery made with Imitation Food beads is safe and secure.  The beads are not edible and they are not suitable for children due to choking hazard.
