We have been selling on ebay for nearly 2 years until ebay decided that we were classed in their eyes of being a risk seller due to 5 cases opened for non receipt of goods. All cases were resolved to the customers satisfaction either by a refund or a replacement item sent but this was not good enough for ebay and they stopped our selling account but said they were quite happy for us to continue buying using their site? Even on their rating standards were was classed above average in all their criteria.
Over the years they were quite happy in taking over £1000 in fees.
Negative feed back was also not removed by ebay even when reported and the issue had been resolved.
We are genuine sellers and all the items are original and NOT fake. These are all surplus stock cases.
If any buyer is not happy we are glad to refund upon receipt of the item returned.
