Refunds

All items are checked prior to posting, but if you receive an item that is faulty (unless described as faulty), not as described, or not fit for purpose, please email us  with details of the fault(s), together with suitable pictures of the faults. Issues of this nature will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please read all auction descriptions fully before bidding!!!

Delivery Time-scales

Most orders will be made up and dispatched within 3 days of receiving cleared payment.  Please also allow an extra  3-4 days for Royal Mail delivery.  We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred due to the Royal Mail or any other carrier.

All items are sent via Standard 2nd Class Delivery, unless otherwise stated. If you require alternative delivery methods such as Next Day or Special Delivery, please contact us for prices, prior to bidding.
