We Use Royal Mail And Courier Service For  Shipping To UK Mainland.
All items are sent by Royal Mail Or Courier Service.
We aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days.
We Offer Flat Rate Shipping On All Sliverline Products Set At £ 5.99 Regardless Of Quantity Of Order Size Up To 1.2 Mtrs In Length.
 
Returns:
We are legally bound by the Distance Selling Regulations as outlined in ebid,s Legal Guidance for Business
Sellers policy page. We are legally required to offer Buyers a 'cooling off' period of 14  working days after receipt for all Buy It Now items. Within this period a buyer can decide to cancel the purchase. The buyer must return the item at his own expense. We are not responsible for either return postage nor insurance of returned goods.
Return Policy Options:
Please contact us by email before returning goods for any reason.
If they are faulty we offer the choice of replacement or refund.
Otherwise the condition of the returned item that would be acceptable for refund should be in an unopened, undamaged box with all original materials, which can be resold as new.
Returns must be within 14 days.
Postage and Packing Charges:
The customer must pay for return postage and packing, the original postage charges will not be refunded (unless goods are faulty).
