From 2010 to 2018 my Charity, Janet's Trust, hosted by The Russell Haldane Trust Reg'd Charity No 1087582 - raised just over £10,000 and supported kid's needs (especially in Education). In June 2018 ill health sadly brought this work to an end.
I am a firm believer in good communications so I do my best to keep good contact by signing in regularly & making sure buyers know exactly what is happening with their items each step of the way via the After Sales Log.
I pack items with care & quickly dispatch them once cleared funds have been received & I always obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. I accept Paypal, UK cheques & UK Postal Orders but if Buyers live locally to me & would like to collect then cash on collection is ok too.
If possible I use recycled packaging materials.
