We do this as a hobby so we aren't available 24/7 to answer or post but we will keep you informed,

Payments + P&P Information +

•  Please pay as soon as possible after purchase.
• Please let us know if you intend to purchase more & we will combine P&P to the best of our ability.
• NOTE - Where the total value of items is £10 or more we will post signed for
• In an attempt to keep postage costs down we post 2nd class This suits most people and can often be as quick ;-) We will post 1st class if required but of course this will incur an extra cost, payable before dispatch.
• We will attempt to post next working day after payment is completed. We do not do this full time, so there may be occasions when this isn't possible. If we know we are going to be away for a short time we will put a notice on our listings advising of this. We state this to try and avoid negative feedback. If you require the item urgently, please let us know asap & we will try to achieve this.
• We will obtain a certificate of posting. Please advise us if the package has not arrived after 7 days, or immediately if damaged in post. Unfortunately we cannot control what happens in the post but we will refund your payments if no delivery after 14 days from date of postage. We may need your co operation with returning goods damaged in post.
