If you are unhappy with software items and it is still in its factory sealed packaging, then we are happy to provide a full refund. This is to ensure against software copying.

If the item is faulty, including software then we are happy to refund the full cost of your purchase.

If you have changed your mind about purchasing the item, or you realise when received that the item is not the right one for you, then we will provide a full refund.

We also refund the return postage cost at the rate we charged you.
