Ger dig lite mer insikt om säljaren.
My eldest brother, Pat Kenny, introduced me to books at the time I was emigrating to England in 1 974. This was because the situation was bleak and I think he felt I needed inspiration and some form of support. How right he was. My Christian Brothers education, for what it was, gave me a particular disinterest of books. The way they treated books was barbaric. The way they looked upon people who did not agree with their viewpoint was barbaric. Pat gave me a suggested list of books to read, starting with The Godfather by Mario Puzo. The effect of reading these books was that I would have an insight into other world situations. This was incredibly helpful for someone going into a new country for the first time. This I appreciated and have accepted ever since. My brother gave me an incredible gift and I am forever grateful for this. Pat died on September 01. 2018 from Lung Cancer. I miss him incredibley . I am forever appreciative of him and of the kind nature of his being. Ever since I buy, read and sell books. I love them and I miss my brother all the more.
