Payment Information.
Paypal Payments
Paypal will not be accepted for any items for collection.
Cheque or Postal Order Payments - Payable to K. Purnell Please note item will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared so payment by this method may cause a delay in you receiving your item
Postage Information.
The majority of items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class or International Airmail
Item not received - I will notify you when your item has been dispatched, if it has not been received in a reasonable time, please notify me, but also, check with your local sorting office. Refunds or replacements will only be sent once the Royal Mail standard 15 working day time limit has passed, (25 days for Europe or International) when they deem a parcel to be lost.
Returns Policy.
Please notify me within 7 days of receipt. Item must be in unused condition, with original labels, packaging etc. and in saleable condition. Item must then be returned within 14 days.
Unwanted/Change of mind/Wrong Size - I fully respect the Distance Selling Regulation which states a customer may return the item for whatever reason for 7 days following receipt. Please contact me within 7days and return within 14 days. Once received and checked, the sale price plus original postage will be refunded immediately via the method you paid.
Faulty Items - If you believe the item to be faulty, please notify me within 7 days to arrange return. Once a fault is confirmed, either a replacement will be sent or your full payment will be refunded, including return postage costs. If not found to be faulty, postage will be requested to return the item to you.
Refunds will ONLY be issued on receipt of the returned item
