Welcome to our online shop We sell refurbished and new consumer electronics and computing products. For trader and repair engineers we also supply new, refurbished and tested PCBs and components. Our trading conditions are as below: Buyers have seven working days to return the goods if not satisfied. For faulty goods or those not as described, return postage will be refunded and buyers will be offered the choice of replacement goods or a full refund including outward postage. For buyers who simply change their minds, return postage may not be refunded. All other costs including outward postage will be refunded as laid down in the UK Office of Fair Trading distance selling guidelines. In addition to the above, warranties of up to 12 months will be available on some products. The warranty period will be clearly stated in the item description and a warranty certificate will be dispatched with the product. All the above warranties are void if an attempt is made to repair or modify the product in any way other than specified by the manufacturer as user accessible. Examples of modifications not accepted include removing screws to access components only recommended for access by qualified personnel, modifying games consoles to play copied games, altering DVD or Blue Ray players to play discs from other regions. All our products will have serial numbers recorded and carry both visible and invisible security markings. In some cases, internal boards will be security marked. Contact information will be emailed on completion of sale. Postage We will normally dispatch products within 2 working days of cleared payment. Our working days are Monday to Friday. Reduction for combined postage will be specified in the product description. Further reductions can only be negotiated before purchase. Local buyers are welcome to personally pick up items where a reasonable saving in postage can be made. Our location is Oldham, Lancashire, near Manchester (UK).Items paid for by online payment cannot be picked up and will be dispatched to the registered address. Our opening hours for pickup are Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm. Other times may be pre-arranged Pickup by third party couriers will not be accepted. Small items (less than 5 pounds sterling in value) will be automatically dispatched. Insurance will be included in the postal price. Our preferred couriers are Royal Mail and Parcelforce. For logistic reasons we will not consider other couriers.
