Hay there a little about me your seller for today
Tinker's ink is a family run business with my partner, farther and me. My partner the back bone of my sorting system, I make it she remembers how I set it up I like to change things from time to time, Well i have been in business for a while now I used to be a network engineer with a large firm recently left there to create my own business and work for myself, in addition to my repair services I thought I would set up a retail side to my business adventure a few years back now.
so we had set up shop near to our home, trading quite well and growing as the years go buy. looking forward we decided it was time for a web presence so we decided to introduce our little company to ebid in the hopes of creating some custom to our little shop.
What do we want from our customers?
we want them to feel like they can ask the questions they may have and know they will have them questioned answered with no bias and as best we can. if your not sure and want to check before you buy contact us and we will guide you though no problems.
we want our customers to know we care that is why will offer to upgrade your postage to recorded when you multi buy from us as standard and free.
we will also insure the package to a correct value ensuring your goods safety or money back.
Exchange of faulty Goods
In the unlikely event some thing should be faulty we will offer a money back system. on obtaining the item back we will test if found faulty a replacement sent out or money back. Goods will also be inspected for user damage and serial numbers checked against our records to ensure item identity.
