We are so pleased to be a part of eBid now.  It seems like everyone really cares here... including eBid!    We have been doing business on FeeBay for almost  nine years as "Scottishone".  We have a Positive Feedback count over 2,000 with a Feedback Rating of 99.7%, as Silver Power Sellers.  And do you know... Ebay still won't even respond to suggestions, comments, feedback, etc. from us.  They don't care about anyone but their big corporate advertisers.  In any case... there's no sense beating a dead horse.

 We are now here, and look forward to building relationships here, as we did with Ebay members.  We plan to email all of our past Ebay and non-Ebay customers to let them know that they should visit us and other members here at eBid, as soon as we get our eBid Store up and running.  We also plan to add a link from our www.TheMoldStore.us store website to eBid, to further help promote it. 

 And for our cousins across the "Pond".. we are actually McKenzies from Kent County in England way back.  My great-Grandfather was born somewhere in Kent, and the family was involved with hops farming.  I figured there must be a reason for my love of heavy-hopped British beer.    I plan to continue my Genealogy quest and hope to have some firmer answers before our next trip to the UK. 

OKAY... About our company.  We have been in business since January of 1992. We are a small manufacturer of stone, paver, tile, brick, and other molds.  We also offer colors, sealers, additives, etc., and complete FREE Instructions and tips on our www.TheMoldStore.info website.  Have a question about our products, or how to use them... the answers should be there, or on one of our other websites.  We are only an email away, should you need additional help with making or finishing stone, etc., for your project.  We've also offered stone and tile manufacturing Business Opportunities to entrepreneurs since 1995.  We have complete Packages, including training and material... kind of "turn key" operations, so to speak.

 In addition to our North Carolina manufacturing facility, we have our shipping facility in Port Charlotte, Florida.  (Even in NC the winters are a bit cold for me now)   We hope to set up a Master Distributor-Producer in Canada and the UK this year, since shipping costs have gotten out of hand.  Speaking of which...

OUR SHIPPING POLICY: We normally ship within two days of confirmed payment receipt. We combine shipping whenever possible to save our customers money, and many of our "Kits" and "Packages" are postage paid within the Continental USA.  We do ship world-wide, and only charge the actual shipping costs to our over-seas customers.  We normally ship via USPS Priority International as we've found that method to be the fastest, most reliable, and least expensive for our over-seas customers.  Be aware... shipping isn't cheap anymore!  You can get an idea by visiting www.USPS.com and putting in the weight and your location to get an idea, if you like.  We do absorb some of the over-seas shipping charges on items that are postage-paid here in the States, as we feel that is the fair thing to do.

We accept most major credit cards, wire transfers, checks, money orders, PayPal, and Google Checkout.  We try to accomodate any reasonable customer request, and will always offer advice and information regarding our business or industry to all who ask.
