Payment 

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of Auction.
We accept payment by PayPal, Cheque/Postal Order (UK Only), Nochex, BACS
International Orders - PayPal, Nochex or BACS
Please make Postal Orders/Cheques payable to Simon Gribble and send to 42 Hillington, Ilfracombe, Devon, EX34 8LU.

Shipping 

We will usually dispatch within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. 
Orders are sent by 2nd class post (1-3 working days delivery).
International orders are sent by Air Mail.
Large orders may be sent by courier.


Money Back Guarantee 

If you are dissatisfied with any item you must inform us as soon as possible, and return the item within 7 working days from receipt of the order for a refund.
All items must be returned unused/unworn in their original packaging.
You cannot return second-hand, personalised or perishable items.
You are responsible for all costs relating to the return of any item. 
We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as recorded delivery, we are not responsible for returns parcels which are lost or damaged in the post.
