software not genuine. Product key must have been already used and probably many times because it was blocked by microsoft. Big waste of $60. To everyone who is about to buy from this guy. DONT BUY!!!
Seller was helpful. However, the original Windows key was blocked. The Seller provided a working key, but it is limited to the original machine - meaning I can't use it on a new computer.

Pros: Shipping fast; Cons: the item i purchased was not brand new as the the product description indicated. it appeard almost used and the words were worm off. not too disappointed, because i can give it to someone as a stocking stuffer.
