Its a great feeling when both parties walk away from a trade, business deal or chance encounter believing that everybody that participated in the exchange won. Both parties get what they're looking for, are treated with respect, and they don't have to jump through hoops to make a simple transaction. That kind of business relationship takes commitment. With that in mind here are some of the ways I hold up my end of the bargain;
*I don't sell items that I believe are inferior. Quality matters. On the other hand you may not always agree with my assessment of an object(s) and its relative value and when that happens, you have 3 days after you receive your package to tell me you aren't happy with your purchase. You get to send it back to me, you pay the postage for the return trip, and I refund your money.
*I set a reasonable start price and provide you with as accurate of a description of an item as I can so you know what you're bidding on.
*I will ship your package within 3 days after receiving payment, or answer to you. I'll take that a step further by saying that if I fail to ship your item within 3 days, and don't have a reasonable reason why (within the 72 hours) you get your money back.
What I ask in return is that you pay for your purchased item within 3 days of winning an auction. I use only paypal at this time to streamline the transaction and to keep things simple. I also ask that if something comes up on your end that delays your ability to complete a transaction that you communicate with me.
