Sometimes it is just not reasonable to accept a return, eg short dated grocery items. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item is not as described or is faulty we can provide a prepaid return label for you to print and attach. Please return the goods to us in the condition you received them. At our discretion we may deduct a restocking fee which will be a minimum of £2.99, based on expenses in getting your order to you.
