Item delivered as described, very good for decorating Christmas grotto
ordered the item and paid for it only to have the money refunded a number of days later without any explanation as to why this item was not delivered. very disappointed.
This item is being advertised by the seller, tried to buy this only to be told this item has been discontinued and the item isn't actually available....why advertise something that isn't available!!
Terrible company. Not received item, sent numerous emails with no response. Says on here has been refunded but no money has entered my paypal account. RIP OFF!
Needed item for a xmas party. Refund made as seller said no inventry but still had 11 of the same item on ebid for sale. Very disapointing.
Never received item. no communication, money refunded after i sent message requesting delivery estimate (over a week after item paid for). No explanation given. Would not use again.
Item apparently discontinued, seller didn't bother telling me until 3 days after I paid. item still on auction...this would not be possible on ebay. Avoid at all cost!

these guys are a joke! do not deal with them! tooks weeks for delivery, when finally arrive wasn't the wig as advertised. complained, was informed the one i ordered, wasn't available anymore. so unhelpful!
