I am a Granny clearing out 25 years of accumulated *Stuff* after moving from a large house to a very small one.  I am a keen crafter and make handmade greetings cards, soap, jewellery, gift items and gift bags and boxes and sell them in my Simply Handmade store.  

My returns policy is if it is not as described you may return it unused (except CD's, DVD's Blu Rays body jewellery and earrings sorry) for a full credit or replacement.  If you just changed your mind I will only refund the price not the postage.  

As I am disabled I only go into town twice a week Tuesday & Thursday and post on these days.  Payment by Paypal preferred although I also accept uncrossed postal orders and direct bank transfers. I now accept direct payment by credit and debit cards by phoning 07572437492

I do give postage discounts on multiple sales.  I will send you an invoice with your discount added. I charge actual postage.  If you can find a courier cheaper than i've quoted, please let me know.  Local pickup is always available as is Collect+
Although many of my items are not available overseas this is because I don't know how much postage will be.  If you are interested message me and I will find out.

All my handmade soaps are made by the melt and pour method and are pre-certificated.  Scents are either essential oils or soap fragrance oils.  All additions are cosmetic grade. If you require a detailed ingredients list do please ask.  INCI information is available as a pdf.  Only certified oils, butters, colours and herbs are used.  I usually use "Life of the Party" "Stephenson's" and "Claranol" bases. My kitchen and moulds can be inspected by appointment. My bath salts and teas are also all natural.

Used Clothing is freshly washed (but not ironed!)
New clothing has been bought and either didn't fit or I didn't like it.  I don't buy to sell therefore only have the size and colour listed.
Clothing sizes are standard UK sizes unless marked otherwise.

All handmade jewellery is lead and nickle free, most is silver plated. All used jewellery has been cleaned.

As I can no longer do a lot of the crafts I love I will be selling craft materials and equipment.  Again, I am not a business so I cannot provide alternative colours, sizes etc to those listed.

Card sizes are as below

Tall and thin = a5 folded in half lengthwise

Large DL = a4 folded in half lengthwise

I also offer US size A2 which measures 

Most square cards are measured in inches
