New to ebid ,Although I do have experience working with the public, I currently work with Canada Post Retail Customer Service, I do understand how important communication is with customers, feedback is also very important to me, I look forward to serving my customers and building a long lasting relationship while providing excellent customer service.

All items will be shipped promptly upon reciept of payment being cleared no shipping costs will ever be over charged. Canada and USA

Item will be returned in it's original packaging, original purhase payment shall be promply returned to the buyer after inspection of returned item,excluding any shipping charges, the item shall be returned in the same condition as it was recieved, if the item is damaged or used buyer loses all rights to money back guarantee.
