Policies: We do try to ship everything within 48 hours of receiving payment using Royal Mail.
We will combine postage costs on multiple items

Returns & refunds: All our items are shipped with standard insurance. So if anything is damaged or gets lost in transit I will issue a full refund, Including return postage costs on damaged items.

If the item is not required I will refund cost of item less postage.

If the item is not as described I will refund fully plus return costs

On some items, if it has been opened, I cannot refund because the item is of a personal nature
