If a product we have supplied is faulty or damaged on receipt items must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. Through our office on 01905-333475 or eBid message. We will respond through office hours. Goods not required can be sent back up to 60 days after the sale but must be in salable condition & returned in original packing for a refund buyer is responsible to pay for return postage. We will aim to process your refund in full, less a handling charge £2.50 within 7 working days
