EzAuctions sells a variety of products online through our online auctions. We also sell on consignment for other people and businesses. We have been selling on other internet sites since 2004. We do combine shipping cost to save you some money. Just email us through our Ebid messages when finish bidding or buying to send you an invoice with the combine shipping cost. I am a single father with my 16 yr. old son who helps me with this business sometimes. It's really cool! My boy.. Payment
Payment is due within 3 days after auction ends. We currently accept payments via Paypal, checks and money orders. You can also pay with your credit card using paypal. It is fast, easy and totally secured. Thank you.
Shipping Information
Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If you make payment via money order or personal check, then the item will be shipped after payment clears. I will most certainly let you know when the item ships out and what shipping method used. We usually ship via USPS and UPS, and do most of the shipping on business days Monday-Friday. I can also provide insurance and delivery tracking information for your item as a safety measure and peace of mind, upon request.
Refunds
We do accept refunds within 7 days after item is received if not completely satisfied. The item must be unopened and in the exact same condition to get a full refund minus the shipping cost. Buyer pays for the returned shipping price. Please email us first with any problems, questions or concerns and we'll be there to assist you with any matter my valued costumer.
