Hello and thank you for your interest in DVD Discount Outlet. We are a small family owned and operated business. We a decade of experience of selling online and at auction sites. We also maintain two other site stores. I will not mention the site names here but we have been a Power Seller for on of them for most of this decade. We have an outstanding feedback rating at 99.9% Positive with over 25,000 Rated Transactions. The other site we are a Pro Merchant and have been there going on 2 years now. That place you are lucky to get 12% of the customer to bother with feedback and some of them do not even understand what feedback is or the purpose of it. We do maintain a lifelong 98% Positive there with a few thousand rated transactions. We also maintain a public shop. We work hard to advertise all of our items to the best of our ability and if ever (when) we make a mistake. We are more than happy to fix it. Shipping Policies: We Will Combine Shipping Costs on all Multiple Item Sales to be Shipped at the same time to the same address. Since we ship worldwide and the Postal cost varies from different sections of the USA, to another and Canada and Mexico have cheaper rates from here than other countries then the rates we must go by is as close to the actual shipping cost per region. Again we will not overcharge for shipping.
Return Policies: If you purchased something you didn't want, Return it unopened and we will gladly give you a complete and full refund. We have no restocking fees. If you received something that may have been damaged in shipping, return it for a replacement, if we can not replace it and it was not your fault, we will give a refund. Rarely with what we sell are there any defective goods, but sometimes it happens and we are more than happy to replace a factory defective item that is purchased from us.
