Hello, My name is Cliff and I have been selling used wrist watches online since my retirement about 5 years ago. Although I have not sold much through Ebid, I have sold hundreds of watches through another popular internet sales site. I have over 2250 (100%) favorable feedbacks through that other sales site, and am a "top rated seller", but their fees are taking a serious toll on my budget, so I want to try Ebid because of their reasonable costs.
My shipping rates are low, usually about $3.25 to $3.50 for USPS first class package mail to U.S.A. addresses. Shipping takes place within 1 business day of receipt of payment.
All battery operated watches receive a new battery within the same week as listed for sale. I replace watch bands, crystals, and do other simple repairs as needed, and I ALWAYS describe any defects such as scratches or other evidence of previous use.
Even though I cannot guarantee how long a watch will run after I ship it, I have a no nonsense satisfaction guarantee for 14 days, during which time any buyer can return a watch if it is not to their liking. An immediate refund of the purchase price is sent on receipt of the returned watch as long as it is in the same condition as when shipped.
At this point, I will restrict sales to U.S.A. addresses only.
Customer satisfaction is more than just an idea to me, it is my promise!
