Certain-Somethings on ebid is an extension to our stores already established on ebay where we cover a full range of Home & Garden, Fashion,Beauty & Mobility products plus an extensive range of jewellery. We are bringing to ebid a selection of popular products & hope you enjoy shopping with us.

All items will be posted as soon as possible after receipt of cleared payment , usually within 2 working days. Occasionally there might be a slight delay but this is rare.

Postage will always be combined for multi-buys and we'll do our best to save as much as possible for you. Many of our items are now priced with post & packing costs included.  We use Royal Mail & Courier services for all deliveries. Our insurance does not cover us for collection in person from the premises.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt ,please return using a trackable postage service to avoid loss or misunderstanding. Please contact us before returning unwanted items which should be returned in their original packaging where applicable and in the same unused condition they were received. The original payment will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

In the rare case of an incorrect or faulty item being dispatched please contact us immediately so that we can resolve any problem . A replacement or full refund of all monies paid will apply to these items.

Insurance is included in all postage cost listed and in the event of an item being damaged or lost in transit we will refund or replace the item and submit a claim to Royal Mail. In the case of a lost item we are unable to proceed with any claim until 15 working days have elapsed from the date of dispatch and would ask that you check with your local Sorting Office before contacting us to advise of a missing item.
