Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returned items for refund to all genuine claims.
We will refund in the following cases: *The item purchased is faulty or damaged. *The item does not fit ( Please always check your sizes and if need be contact us for measurements.) *We are contacted within 7 days of receipt and the item is returned to us within 30 days in the condition it was sent.

It wasn't untill as recently as December 2003 that we decided to dedicate our time and effort into brand new clothing and dis-continue the pre-loved range permanently. Our customers have always been more than happy with the service and the goods they receive, but don't take our word for it. You can check out what they have said by visiting our feedback page. All our stock is brand new although some items have been detagged by the retailer. We will always state this in each items description whenever necessary. We will dispatch items immediately upon receipt of payment by first class recorded mail.
If payment is received by mid-day Mon-Fri then we will dispatch your item to you the same day.
Please Note We do not refund postage costs of any returned items and would strongly advise our customers to send all returns by recorded mail as we can not be held responsible for items that are lost in the post.
