2Buy2's Terms & Conditions

Our Commitment

When goods are paid for via one of our online payment facilities we will under normal circumstances fulfil all orders within 48 hours, if paying by cheque please allow 7 days.

Prices

All our prices are deemed to include VAT at the current rate at ALL times, we reserve the right to modify our prices at anytime without notice.

Contract

When purchasing goods from us (2Buy2 Wholesale or 2buy2-wholesale.co.uk) the customer is entering into a legally binding contract.

Force Majeure

Where in spite of its reasonable efforts, 2Buy2 Wholesale is unable to perform an obligation due to force majeure, it is deemed not to be in breach of its contract with its customers.

Returns

When goods are received by our customers, they should be checked immediately. Claims for packing errors or damaged goods should be notified to our offices within 48 hours of receipt of said goods. In this instance a full refund less postage & packing charges will be issued. In the case of packing errors goods should be returned in their original packaging and be in perfect re-saleable condition.

This Policy, will not apply if goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by misuse or not in accordance with the Manufacturers instructions.

Complaints Procedure

Any complaint or query will be dealt with as soon as it is sent to our offices. We will acknowledge receipts of these within 24 hours by return.
