Seller's Description
This is a postcard showing people collecting coconuts (spelt cocanuts) in St Lucia, West Indies. It was published by Tucks as an “Oilette” in a set entitled “West Indies, Series III”, and posted in 1907.
The card is in fair condition with some wear to the corners and edges, and some marks on the back. It seems to be have been in an album at some point, as there is residue and/or the remains of glue squares on the four corners. One has been removed at top left, with some loss (including the Tucks card number, which should be 7443).
